Adding FB groups:

​So the most important part of recruiting is being in groups!!!

You ask, what kind of groups do I join?
The more creative you can be, the better. The best types of groups to join are LOCAL Job groups
the more local you can get with your job groups the better because then there won't be any foreigners in them. The Big USA groups usually have a lot of fellows from Overseas. College work groups, No rules garage/yard sales groups. Try to have 20 groups in each state of the usa on your facebook account. 

Posting in groups rules:

    Only post at the MOST 15 ads in the morning and 15 in the evening.

Everyone is going to market in their own way, it could be the same way as others, or it could be completely opposite as others do. Some people may be completely new to this field, and others may be very experienced. 

You can create other social media accounts to expand your horizons in marketing this job, 

• Facebook

• Tumblr

• Instagram

• Twitter

• Etc...

If you were to create these and link them all to your Instagram account you can post there and have it posted on all of your pages at once.

 

HOW NIFTY IS THAT??

I always find myself more successful when I engage someone who is interested before I send them any information. A Lot of times if you just copy and past long messages, they won't message back. Think of it this way. Would you rather talk to someone about a job first? or just have a long message sent to you, and you have no idea what they are talking about? Everyone has their own preferences, but that's just my thoughts on it. If you are interested in learning more about this, please read the "Sample Conversations" note! Don't get me wrong. I do have a lot of success with the copy and paste method, and for some. That could be the better more time efficient way to go!

Message example for when you are adding people and they ask, Why did you add me?

So when and if you are expanding your friend list, and adding people from your suggested friends' list, you want to be careful, only add about 20 people at a time. otherwise, Facebook can and will block this feature for a few days, and that can be annoying. I have provided an example for you, for when someone writes you and says "do I know you?" then this is a good thing to say back to them. They usually ask "what do you do for work" so I added the answer right in the example :)

You don't HAVE to expand your friends' list, but I do because I get more signups that way, so this is purely a suggestion. 

Example 1: Hi, I added you because it shows we have some mutual friends and I'm looking to expand my friend list for work! :) What I do is work from home through JMJ Marketing!

Example 2: HI! I added you because you had expressed in my job opportunity post! 

When Someone asks, How do I get started? Or What would I need to get started

First, you and I would go through a few questions to make sure you are qualified for either or both programs which include Facebook and Google.
After that, you would send me a friend request and I would add you to the workgroup.
Once you're added there will be a post I am going to tag you in, you will need to fill out the form attached. It is basically just verifying what we had already talked about. and then we would move onto the last step. which can vary depending which program we go with!
