Ad box troubleshooting with video

1. Verify your micro SD card is pushed firmly into its slot..

2. Connect the ethernet cord directly into your router (DO NOT PLUG IT INTO YOUR COMPUTER OR IT WILL NOT WORK.).

3. Plug the power cable directly into a power outlet!

IF CONNECTED BUT STILL SHOWING OFFLINE

1. Verify your micro SD card is pushed all the way in..
2. Verify your ethernet cord is plugged into your modem/router and NOT into your computer.
3. Unplug the power cable only for 60 seconds and plugit back in (do not unplug the ethernet cable.). . If your Adbox is still showing offline, please repeat the process a second time..
